Senior Business Development Manager

Our client, a reputable, forward-thinking vendor of cutting‑edge enterprise construction SaaS, is seeking an experienced, confident and results‑driven individual to join its growing, close‑knit team to sell its full suite of technology solutions and additional services. This role is a self‑generating new business role covering the whole of the UK, managing the whole sales process from “cradle‑to‑grave” and acquiring net new logos within the construction sector.

You will have inbound leads passed on through lead generation campaigns, sales enablement tools for autonomous pipeline generation and a technical pre‑sales team to support you throughout the sales process. With a minimum of 3 years’ experience selling business‑critical software into the AEC sector, the ideal candidate will be well‑versed in dealing with all levels of a potential prospect’s organisation, in addition to senior stakeholders.

You will be viewed as a trusted advisor/problem‑solver to prospects, whilst being influential and a persuasive communicator. This is a fantastic opening to be a part of a growing organisation looking to expand its market presence across the UK.

• 3+ years construction SaaS sales experience
