• Previous experience working in a technical capacity on Oracle Cloud
• Strong experience with Data Loader, inbound and outbound integrations, Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
• Proficient in working with REST APIs and SQL, including the use of Oracle SQL tools
• Client facing skills and the ability to communicate with clients at all levels (both written and verbal)
• Exceptional problem‑solving and have strong analytical skills. Troubleshooting problems, including functional replication of issues
• Proven ability to work with pressure, related to resolution time frames and conflicting/competing priorities that require multi‑tasking
• Desire to learn about new features and technology
• Understanding of the ITIL framework relating to incidents, problems and the change management life cycle

It would be advantageous if you had any of the following (if not we can work on these):

• Functional knowledge ERP, HCM or Payroll
• Oracle Apex
• Oracle Certifications to support your experience to date
• Previously worked in a Managed Services environment
