Cloud Architect with Gen AI Skills (6‑Month Contract)

Based:
Hybrid – 2‑3 days onsite in Norwich. Rate: £Market rates p/d via Umbrella company. Join us as a Cloud Architect with Gen AI expertise.

• Ensure designs align with evolving strategic Cloud platforms.
• Act as Technical Design Authority for new Cloud technologies focusing on GenAI.
• Provide consultancy, best practice, and architectural support to internal teams.
• Stay abreast of the latest Cloud technologies.
• Delight customers through the design of affordable, sustainable cloud solutions.

• Cloud Architecture design principles (e.g., AWS Well‑Architected Framework).
• n‑Tier Architectures, Event‑Driven Architecture, Serverless, network and Cloud security.
• Configuration and lifecycle management.
• CI/CD, Dev Ops, automated testing and modern SDLC methodologies.
• Business protection standards, CIS benchmarks or ISO 27001.
• Proficient in AWS, with an equivalent AWS certification.
• Experience creating architectural patterns and technology evaluations.
• Experience building solutions in AWS.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical skills and curiosity.
• Ability to articulate complex technical problems to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Understanding of modern application architectures and their dependencies on the cloud infrastructure platform.

• Experience with other Cloud providers.
• Experience working in a regulated workplace.
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience presenting and sharing knowledge with diverse audiences.
