As Business Systems Administrator
, you will administer and optimize our Hubspot instance. You will be the go‑to expert for Hubspot ensuring it is well‑configured, well‑integrated, and effectively adopted across teams. This is a high‑impact, cross‑functional role sitting at the heart of Sales, People, and Finance operations.

• Own day‑to‑day administration, configuration, and optimization of Hub Spot.
• Maintain data integrity, user access, workflows, and integrations with Hub Spot.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor relationships and support escalations.
• Partner with Operational stakeholders to map business processes to system capabilities.
• Document configurations, workflows, and training materials as needed.

• Clean and organize data (historical and current/future) in Hub Spot.
• Define and enforce data governance standards across Hub Spot.
• Proactively identify and resolve data inconsistencies.

• Train and support end‑users across teams on system usage and best practices.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into Hub Spot configurations.
• Act as a bridge between business teams and technical resources.

You will report to the Director of Revenue and Finance Operations. You will work closely with the VP of Strategy, Revenue Ops and IT Ops.

• 3–5+ years of experience in a Business Systems, Revenue Operations, or Systems Administrator role
• Hands‑on experience with Hub Spot (CRM administration, workflows, pipelines, reporting)
• Experience with another core tool (HRIS or ERP) is a plus.
• Strong attention to data quality and process design
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong interest in AI and its applications in cybersecurity
• Comfortable working with and leveraging AI‑powered tools (LLMs, automation, copilots, etc.) to improve workflows and productivity
• Comfortable working in a remote, async‑first environment
• Autonomy, ownership, and team spirit
• Excellent communication skills — you can translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences and vice‑versa
• Fluent in English
