Furniture Lab’s team is growing! We are a small business that provides big commercial dining solutions nationwide. In our new year-round showroom at the Merchandise Mart in Chicago, we bring our unique solutions to the world.

Position

Today, we are seeking a new Project Manager to join our Operations Team. Our ideal candidate would fit well in the above-mentioned environment and be a smart, well-organized, solutions-based problem solver with an attention to detail. In our search, we will prioritize candidates with B2B project management experience, customer service experience, and a college degree. An understanding of the contract furniture industry is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from completion of sale through installation.
  • Actively manage supply chain through engagement with partner factories and freight providers.
  • Manage service tickets (diagnose and resolve) through direct engagement with customers and factories.
  • Assist Furniture Lab Sales Team with timely and accurate information.
  • Ensure Customer’s needs are met through lifecycle of project.
Qualifications
  • Prior B2B project management experience (preferred).
  • Customer service experience (preferred).
  • College degree (preferred).
  • An understanding of the contract furniture industry is a plus but not required.
