PositionToday, we are seeking a new Project Manager to join our Operations Team. Our ideal candidate would fit well in the above-mentioned environment and be a smart, well-organized, solutions-based problem solver with an attention to detail. In our search, we will prioritize candidates with B2B project management experience, customer service experience, and a college degree. An understanding of the contract furniture industry is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities- Manage projects from completion of sale through installation.
- Actively manage supply chain through engagement with partner factories and freight providers.
- Manage service tickets (diagnose and resolve) through direct engagement with customers and factories.
- Assist Furniture Lab Sales Team with timely and accurate information.
- Ensure Customer’s needs are met through lifecycle of project.
- Prior B2B project management experience (preferred).
- Customer service experience (preferred).
- College degree (preferred).
- An understanding of the contract furniture industry is a plus but not required.
