As Controller, you will drive the company’s financial strategy by leading planning, budgeting, and performance management across the business. You’ll champion strong accounting practices, ensure compliance with GAAP, and elevate financial operations through insight, innovation, and continuous improvement. This is a pivotal opportunity to influence decision‑making, strengthen financial discipline, and empower the business with clarity, accuracy, and strategic direction.
Responsibilities- Financial Leadership: Oversee site financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and strong internal controls.
- Planning & Forecasting: Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning in partnership with operations leadership.
- Working Capital Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and key financial metrics to support operational efficiency.
- Performance & Cost Analysis: Analyze financial statements, manufacturing costs, and variances to deliver actionable insights.
- Strategy & Risk Governance: Support strategic decisions through investment analysis, risk management, audits, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance;
Advance degree or CPA certification preferred - 8 to 10 years of progressive accounting/financial experience including 5+ manufacturing environment
- Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, formulas, lookups, analytics, effective model building) and ERP system experience (SAP/S4
Hanna/ECC Financial software preferred) - Demonstrated knowledge of GAAP / IFRS and financial reporting
