We’re looking for professionals who are passionate about building excellence, thrive in a collaborative team environment, and are committed to superior craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
Position Requirements- Minimum 10+ years of experience in the construction industry.
- 5+ years of direct supervision and/or management of high-end custom residential construction projects.
- Strong communication and leadership skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and computer proficient.
- Proven track record of successful project execution and maintaining professional relationships.
- Managing day-to-day construction site operations or overseeing project management tasks.
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to exacting quality standards.
- Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, architects, and clients.
- Upholding LUA’s values of integrity, craftsmanship, and professionalism.
