E-Commerce Store Manager

Job Overview Join to apply for the e-Commerce Store Manager role at Champion Europe Group. Based in our office in Carpi (MO), we are looking for a talented e-commerce Store Manager to join our e-commerce team and play a key role in driving the performance of our online business. This role represents an exciting opportunity for a results‑driven professional who is eager to take ownership of our e‑commerce platform and contribute to the growth of our business.

Core Responsibilities Own daily e‑commerce trading performance, monitoring key KPIs such as revenue, conversion rate, AOV, traffic, and sell‑through.

Plan and manage on‑site promotions, pricing strategies, markdowns, and product launches in line with the seasonal and campaign calendar.

Oversee Shopify Admin operations, including back‑end activities, product setup, and order management.

Act as the primary business owner of the e‑commerce platform, defining requirements and submitting improvement requests to the Shopify Product Manager.

Work closely with the Product Manager and external agencies to prioritize and deliver platform enhancements.

Ensure an effective merchandising and product experience across navigation, PDPs, filters, sorting, and cross‑selling.

Analyze user behavior and performance data to identify optimization opportunities and support testing initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in e‑commerce management, ideally within sportswear, fashion, or lifestyle brands.

Strong operational expertise in Shopify Plus Admin, including merchandising, discounts, and flows.

Solid understanding of retail KPIs and financial performance, with experience in P&L analysis.

Excellent organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong problem‑solving mindset and results‑driven approach.

Fluent English is required.
