Agence d’architecture basée à Genève recherche un
· e architecte expérimenté
· e, capable de prendre en charge de manière autonome des projets d’architecture, de la phase projet jusqu’à la réalisation.
- Formation d’architecte (EPFL / HES / équivalent reconnu)
- Minimum 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle en Suisse
- Autonome en gestion de projet et direction des travaux
- À l’aise avec clients, entreprises et mandataires
- Structuré
· e, fiable, efficace
- Gestion de projet
- Plans d’exécution
- Soumissions
- Direction et suivi de chantier
- Devis général et contrôle des coûts
- Taux d’activité : minimum 80 %
- Permis de travail valable en Suisse
- Permis de conduire requis
