Order Picker – Cherry Picker Operator

Location: Carol Stream, Illinois

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Picker candidates in the Carol Stream, IL area to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders using a Man-Up Cherry Picker and other warehouse equipment. The ideal candidate will uphold high standards of safety, quality, and productivity while working seamlessly with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Operate a Man-Up Cherry Picker to accurately pick customer orders from inventory.
• Verify stock quantities using stock status reports or electronic systems; edit orders as necessary.
• Assemble, weigh, wrap, and prepare orders for shipping, ensuring all items are secure and labeled.
• Crosscheck order accuracy by counting cartons and containers.
• Label and tag shipments with the correct delivery information.
• Operate forklifts and other designated equipment to move pallets and containers.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on warehouse equipment.
• Complete “Ship Confirm” processes to ensure invoicing and inventory accuracy.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and physical inventory processes.
• Support other warehouse tasks such as shipping, receiving, and stock handling.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory guidelines.

• Previous warehouse or order picking experience preferred.
• Cherry Picker experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable working at heights using a Man-Up Cherry Picker.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and shipping systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

• Mandatory Daily OT – Up to 12 hour shifts and Saturdays
• Shift 10am-6:30pm
• Steel toed boots required
