Equipment Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution organization, is seeking an Equipment Operator to join their team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting order fulfillment and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Equipment Operator

Location: Carol Stream, IL

Pay Range: $19.50

Shift: Sunday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 4:30 AM

• Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to select and transport products within the warehouse
• Label products using Sysco Order Selection (SOS) technology to ensure accurate order processing
• Stack and palletize products following safety and efficiency protocols
• Stage pallets for loading at designated dock locations
• Maintain safety standards and perform equipment inspections regularly

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Experience operating ride-on electric pallet jacks or forklifts preferred
• At least 12 months of warehouse experience preferred
• Ability to work in environments with varying temperatures, including coolers and freezers
• Strong attention to safety and sanitation policies
