• Must have an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.
• Compact licenses transferred within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component). Aveanna assists if necessary.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Preferably six months prior hands‑on nursing experience.
• Reliable transportation.
