Join O'Neal Steel as Warehouse Lead TW - 2nd Shift and take charge of a dedicated team in the aluminum plate saw processing line. Your role will involve coordinating pulling, packaging, and shipping customer orders while maintaining safe, efficient operations.

$29.30 per hour

• Assigns duties and monitors work for accuracy and performance.
• Leads the team in scheduling orders, expediting critical shipments and maintaining on time performance.
• Establishes and maintains rapid turnaround and short lead times.
• Manages routine equipment maintenance for the production cell and follows TW Corporate guidelines.
• Fosters a positive employee culture and continuous improvement mindset.
• Provides written and oral direction to the warehouse team.
• Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances, addressing errors and complaints in a timely manner.
• Operates in a supervisory role.

• High school diploma or GED preferred; experience in the metals industry helpful.
• Ability to read, speak, and write in English and interpret safety rules and operating instructions.
• Basic arithmetic skills in all units of measure.
• Proficiency with PC programs such as Excel and Word; ability to learn mainframe program Metalware.
• Physical ability to perform job functions; reasonable accommodations available.
