Pay: $20 per hour
Job OverviewService Master Clean by Real World is hiring a dependable Day Porter / Midday Cleaning Technician to maintain a commercial facility during business hours from 12:30 P.M. to 1:30/2:00 P.M. (depending on building traffic) Monday through Friday.
This is a consistent, part-time weekday position ideal for someone looking for steady supplemental income with daytime hours.
Job Duties- Clean and sanitize employee break room
- Clean and maintain restrooms
- Sweep and mop floors
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Restock paper products in break room and restrooms
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance of common areas
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Professional attitude while working around employees
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
- Standing and walking for duration of shift
- Bending, lifting, and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
