• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided Service Master products, tools and procedures
• Cleaning duties include: sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash, windows and cleaning and moving furniture and equipment, etc.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Use proper PPE where required
• Opens and locks facilities, enables and disables security system as required
• 1–2 years’ experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Experience with professional janitorial services for office complexes, hotels, hospitals or schools is a plus
• Ability to be flexible, work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked environment
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and to the overall team effort, including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Show respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
• Ability to work independently and maintain a quality focus

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching overhead and forward. Must be able to lift and carry 25 lbs.
• Ability to read cleaning instructions
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Two spots available. Monday through Friday, 5 hours each evening, anytime after 5pm. 25 hours per week. Weekly pay period.
