We are one of the very few Engineering Firms in the Country that designs and builds its own creations in the wireless sector. We support Fortune 500 clients such as T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Dish Network, and AT&T.

We are seeking a Site Walker to assist our Engineering team with ongoing expansion. Focus of the role is to walk planned construction sites in the field, taking pictures and notes as input to site engineering drawings. This role is 90% travel (1-2 days per site) to locations across the country. Concordia will pay for all travel-related expenses including a per diem for meals.

Pay Range: $26.44 to 28.85 per hour.

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.

In this role, you will:

• Participate in site visits, design visits or inspection visits including electrical and construction review as input to the engineering process.
• Gather needed data via written reports, sketches, and photographs of equipment installed onsite. Ensure 'as is' matches documentation.
• Walk project sites with staff or customer in order to produce a design for the perspective project
• Perform tape measurements for building elements
• Complete client forms & checklists, provide pictures and measurements of installed equipment.
• Communicate with team members and clients on current and pending status of jobs.
• Maintain project data in company's engineering database.

QUALIFICATIONS

We will teach you what it takes to be successful in this role but hoping you can bring:

• 1+ year of experience in the construction or civil engineering industry
• A willingness to travel extensively across the US
• The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously; able to multitask while handling urgent requests efficiently, quickly, and calmly
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with others
• Able to read, write, understand, and speak English proficiently
• Proficient and comfortable with Microsoft Office:
  Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
