Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to lead projects and mentor junior staff. This is a hands‑on leadership role with opportunities to work on diverse projects including commercial developments, data centers, rail infrastructure, and residential subdivisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage geotechnical investigations and reporting for large‑scale projects.
• Oversee drilling operations and coordinate with internal teams across multiple offices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to EITs and junior engineers.
• Collaborate with CMT and Environmental teams for integrated project delivery.

Qualifications

• PE License strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of geotechnical engineering experience.
• Expertise in soil characterization, foundation design recommendations, and ground improvement.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $115K-$125K (DOE).
• Annual profit‑based bonus (often $140K-$150K+ total compensation).
