LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Sales Enablement professional to join our client's organization in the Carol Stream, IL area.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with sales leadership to analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends, delivering actionable insights to support growth initiatives.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and ad‑hoc reports to track KPIs, forecast performance, and identify risks and opportunities.
- Support annual and ongoing sales planning, including quota setting, forecasting, and alignment with operations and finance.
- Consolidate and analyze input from sales and customer service teams to support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes.
- Monitor sales pipeline activity, account performance, and cross‑selling effectiveness across territories and key accounts.
- Provide insights into win/loss trends, market dynamics, pricing, and margin performance.
- Support new product introductions by tracking forecasts, adoption progress, and sales readiness.
- Act as a key stakeholder for sales systems and tools, driving usability, reporting accuracy, and process improvements.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, IT, and Product teams to align goals, reporting, and execution.
- Prepare executive‑ready insights and discussion materials to support strategic reviews and leadership meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Analytics, Sales Enablement, or a related role.
- Strong experience supporting sales teams in a complex or operationally driven environment (e.g., manufacturing, industrial, or B2B).
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools; experience with reporting or BI tools preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data sets and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data and insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strategic mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
