- Lead and manage multiple new product and sustaining release projects using project management methodologies
- Develop and execute comprehensive readiness plans that align with business objectives and customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for new products and services
- Monitor project success metrics and prepare status reports to communicate progress
- Create and deliver presentations with recommendations and justifications to the management team
- 5+ years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience in lieu
- Demonstrated experience developing and leading product strategy
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 7 or more years of experience in project management and/or process improvement
- Previous readiness experience highly desired
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly in advanced PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with SaaS/IaaS product release and/or Microsoft Azure/Amazon Web Services
- Strong business operations and process knowledge
