• Maintain spotless and welcoming public areas, including bars, indoor play areas, and reception, ensuring every space looks inviting and well-presented for our guests.
• Prepare, clean, and refresh accommodation units, from cosy camping pods to luxury caravans and holiday cottages, making sure every guest arrives to a pristine and comfortable space.
• Greet guests warmly with a friendly smile, providing a professional and approachable presence that reflects the Holgates ethos.
• Follow health and safety policies and procedures at all times, handling cleaning equipment and materials safely to keep both guests and colleagues protected.
• Assist the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed, supporting smooth daily operations and contributing positively to the overall guest experience.

Housekeeping Manager

We have a variety of positions available, ranging from seasonal to full-time. Availability Monday to Friday is required, with weekend work also necessary. Shifts may include bank holidays. Please contact us to discuss the hours that best suit you.
