Finance Manager

The role gives exposure to senior leadership with a clear path to a Head of Finance under an influential owner who is a qualified accountant.

• Lead a team of 6 delivering daily finance
• Lead system improvement projects
• Enhance data‑driven commercial decision making
• Relationship management with internal and external key senior stakeholders
• Develop FP&A capabilities
• Deliver weekly/monthly forecasting

The Finance Manager would suit a first or second‑time mover from practice (ACA) who wants hands‑on business experience during a growth phase. This evolving role demands solution‑driven, fast‑paced work to create a best‑in‑class finance function.
