A leading childcare provider in Carnforth is seeking a Residential Childcare Support Worker on a casual basis to join their dedicated team. You will support young people aged 8-18 with social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties in a nurturing environment. The role allows flexibility in hours with no contractual commitment. The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Diploma and be committed to children’s welfare.
