Mobile Support Host

This is a mobile position to cover various areas as and when required including Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds, Halifax, Preston, Blackburn, Bristol, Birmingham.

Hourly rate – £13.42

34 per week Monday – Thursday between the hours of 7am – 6pm. Fridays and overtime may be required due to business needs.

We are on the lookout for a professional, welcoming, and experienced person to join our team. You will perform reception, administration, and secretarial duties efficiently and effectively on behalf of the building in which you are located.

• Help facilitate the flow of personnel by managing access points throughout the building and ensuring the maintenance of fob access systems.
• Keep a tidy and efficient reception area, providing a professional and courteous service throughout.
• Handle phone calls and emails in a prompt, professional manner and sort/distribute incoming mail and packages.
• Manage documentation and ensure it is stored in the appropriate location or system.
• Open and close the building, maintain building security, manage queries and messages from visitors, issue visitor and staff passes, assist with emergency evacuations, order consumable goods and more.
