Location:
Carmel, IN — 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience who qualify for the company’s paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets with operations primarily east of Interstate 35. The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, late‑model equipment, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one.
- Competitive weekly compensation: $1,400 to $1,800 (exact pay varies by experience and route); paid weekly via direct deposit.
- Fully paid, company‑supported training program for eligible recent CDL graduates (three to five weeks for candidates with at least 120 hours of instruction).

- Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
- Transport primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) across the Eastern U.S.
- Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
- Perform required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report equipment issues per company procedures.
Use ELDs and complete trip‑related reporting and documentation in compliance with DOT and company requirements. - Follow all company safety policies and participate in training and mentorship as assigned.
