Carmel, IN — 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL school graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience who qualify for the company’s paid Class A training program. Positions are available across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets with operations primarily east of Interstate 35. • Safely operate a Class A tractor‑trailer in compliance with DOT and company regulations.
• Transport primarily no‑touch dry van freight (approximately 70% drop‑and‑hook) across the Eastern U.S.
• Manage schedules to meet pickup and delivery commitments and maintain on‑time performance.
• Perform required pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and report equipment issues per company procedures.
  
  Use ELDs and complete trip‑related reporting and documentation in compliance with DOT and company requirements.
• Follow all company safety policies and participate in training and mentorship as assigned.
