We’re hiring a hands-on, in-office AI Systems Architect to help us transform our internal operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and create better experiences for our clients and team. This is not just a project manager role — it’s a builder’s role for someone excited to use AI to shape the future of finance inside a fast-growing company.

Growth Path

- AI Operations Manager – Lead all internal AI & automation projects
- Innovation Product Owner – Oversee external-facing tools and client AI experiences
- Chief Technology Officer (CTO) – Help define the company’s long-term tech vision and roadmap

Schedule

- Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
- Flexibility based on project needs

- $45,000 – $85,000/year based on experience and skills
