Pay: $18–$22/hour
Schedule: Full-time | Daytime hours | Minimal weekends

• Clean exterior and interior windows on residential and light commercial properties
• Perform pressure washing on driveways, patios, siding, and other exterior surfaces
• Set up ladders, hoses, surface cleaners, and safety equipment properly
• Communicate professionally with customers on job sites
• Follow Shine’s systems, checklists, and quality standards
• Work efficiently as part of a crew (or lead jobs as you grow)

• Reliable, punctual, and coachable
• Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
• Good attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet all day
• Valid driver’s license (clean driving record preferred)
• Experience is a plus, but not required — we train the right people
