We're seeking a results-driven Travel Spa Sales Manager to lead sales, coach front desk teams, and elevate client experiences across multiple spa locations. Full-time, travel-based role offers a $3,000/month base + uncapped commission, with all travel expenses covered.

• Travel to different spa locations for 2–3 month assignments, depending on how quickly each location stabilizes
• Coach front desk teams to increase sales of treatment packages and skincare products
• Personally engage with clients to recommend services and retail products
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet revenue goals
• Support in-spa promotions and collaborate with management on campaigns

• 2+ years of sales leadership experience in spa, wellness, aesthetics, luxury retail, or hospitality
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and guide teams to success
• Comfortable with travel and adapting to new environments
• Strong communication and professional client-facing presence
