• 1 on 1 training and mentorship with the owner and top 1% Home Loan Advisors in the industry. We are looking for 1 person, not a class of 50. We will teach you the business to have a long career in the Real Estate Industry.

• This is a full-time entry level position. On-the-job sales and mortgage training is provided. Only applicants living near Carmel, IN will be considered.
• Home Loan Advisor Trainee Program with a Transition to Sale

• Call leads and transfer to Senior Mortgage Advisor
• Support a Top producing Mortgage Banker(s) with lead generation.
• Learning our CRM and managing mortgage banker leads
• Keeping Detail Notes on Leads Assigned and Update Daily

• High Energy, Outgoing:
  Sales is a grind, you must show up with a smile every day and be ready to crush it!
• Money Motivated:
  We are looking for someone who wants to make life changing money. The opportunity is real and reoccurring. 6 Figures or bust, this is not a 50k-60k a year job, you put in the effort you will make multiple 100 s per year.

• Outbound Calls and Transfer Customers to Mortgage Banker(s)
• Learning our CRM and managing mortgage banker leads
• Keeping Detailed Notes on Leads Assigned and Update Daily
• Support a Top producing Mortgage Banker(s) with lead generation and learn the business.

• Everything in Phase 1 Plus
• Sales Training:
  Lead Generation, Script Building, Role Playing understand how to analyze loans scenarios to give the customer s Loan Option
• Get Nmls Licensed
• Get Customer Documents in yourself

• Outbound Dialing for Customer Prospects
• Closing Loans on Your Own
• CRM Management

Salary: $45,000.00 per Year + Commission Earning Potential
