Surety Territory Manager

We are currently seeking a Surety Territory Manager who will be responsible for the profitable growth of our surety lines of business including production, underwriting, sales and service. To develop and ensure positive agency relationships, the ideal candidate will work hybrid from our Midwest office (or remote from IN, IL, or MO) with travel throughout the region and will manage territory development in the mid-west region.

As such, a valid driver's license and safe driving record are required. The Surety Territory Manager is responsible for the contract surety line of business (commercial surety experience would be a plus), production and agency management.

The salary range for this position is $114,640-$176,545 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
