Recap promotional activity for store management and report opportunities, results, trends, and competitive information;
Educate store managers on controlling merchandise variation, salaries, overtime, cash handling, and maintenance costs to manage controllable costs;
Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotions and new product introductions;
Forecast financials and prepare annual budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions;
Provide leadership to store managers, assist with recruiting, selection, orientation, and staff development
