AE - Merchandise Leader (Part-Time) at American Eagle Outfitters Inc.

Role focused on executing Floorsets, marketing and merchandising updates, and replenishment to keep the store aligned with AEO Brand Visual Standards and guest-ready at all times.

• You support driving an outstanding guest experience in partnership with the Merchandising Team Leader by ensuring the store reflects AEO Brand Standards.
• Drive Floorset execution by training and coaching the Floorset team, setting clear productivity goals, and ensuring all areas of the store meet Floorset standards (e.g., uppers, bustforms, tables, and wardrobe displays).
• Maintain the store’s merchandising by day-to-day activities, sell-through adjustments, and replenishment. Identify merchandising opportunities and collaborate with leadership to plan and act.
• Assist in maintaining AEO Brand Standards through merchandising, adjustments, and replenishment so the store remains fresh and aligned with brand guidelines.
• Prioritize the guest experience as the merchandising team's top focus; foster a culture of recognition and celebrate team wins.
• Ensure store safety standards on the sales floor and in the stockroom; support shrink-reducing strategies and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.

• You are organized, detail-oriented, with strong priority-setting and time-management skills.
• You have flexible availability (early morning, evenings, weekends).
• You have strong retail merchandising and visual skills and a history of retail work.
