Cook - Weekend Availability

Overview

Starting pay: $15.50 per hour.

As a Cook at Raising Cane’s, you will set the pace of the restaurant by ensuring all food meets high standards. Working in the kitchen at Raising Cane’s is a fun and fast-paced environment. You will help prepare high-quality chicken finger meals for our customers. This role can lead to promotional opportunities such as Bird Specialist or Certified Trainer through progression within back-of-house roles.

We are hiring immediately for entry-level and experienced Cooks who can thrive in an upbeat environment and work all shifts: opening shifts, closing shifts, and everything in between. Previous experience in customer service, retail, cashier, restaurant server, kitchen lead, prep cook, drive-thru, or other service roles is welcome, but not required. This position is entry-level with paid training, and we will prepare you to grow your restaurant career with us.

Within your first year, you can earn up to an extra $1.50 per hour through training, certifications, and performance evaluations. If you want to work at a FUN place that values growth and community impact, we want you on our team.

• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical requirements as needed
• Kneel, bend, twist or stoop; ascend or descend stairs
• Reach and grasp objects (including overhead and at floor level)
• Provide excellent verbal and written communication

• Clean tables, floors, and other areas of the restaurant
