• Collaborate with peers, guiding General Managers to set performance targets, conduct timely reviews, and partner on Performance Improvement Plans.
• Mentor high‑potential individuals and contribute to succession planning.
• Establish staffing targets and ensure all restaurants are adequately staffed to maximize sales.
• Oversee quality hiring and make final selection decisions for restaurant managers.
• Select appropriate consulting approaches for each General Manager (directive, inspiring, coaching, collaborative).
• Protect the McDonald’s brand by ensuring restaurants meet QSC, food safety, and labor law standards.
• Demonstrate Customer‑First Service through observation, troubleshooting shift management, corrective actions, and recognition of successes.
• Support and require General Managers to teach teams the 12 restaurant systems (QSC Playbook).
• Ensure PACE is completed on a rolling required cycle.
• Represent McDonald’s interests in the community, managing test products, promotions, and performance execution.
• Ensure restaurant managers uphold Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.
• Ensure restaurants achieve operational goals (Labor, Sales, Profit, Food Cost, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with operational and company policies.
• Participate in staffing processes.
• Develop managers to perform at the highest levels.
• Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
• Execute an operational plan and improve efficiency.
• Review operational reports, analyze results, and develop action plans.
• Follow up daily on action plans to ensure improvements.
• Multi‑task and manage time effectively.

The employee will occasionally stand, walk, sit, use a computer, travel, read a monitor, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, communicate via telephone, and reach. The employee may lift up to 30 pounds. Work may expose the employee to varying weather conditions and noise levels.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Restaurant Field Operations or a similar field.

• Current Management Serv Safe Certification.
• Proven project management implementation skills.

Experience as a General Manager / Supervisor / District Manager of a Quick Service or Casual Dining restaurant for at least 5-10 years required.

Full‑time
