Registered Nurse – Outpatient - Orthopedic Sports Surgery

Overview

Part‑time and full‑time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus. We seek an RN with at least one year of experience to join our orthopedic sports surgery team at 201 Pennsylvania Pkwy, Carmel, IN 46280. The RN will work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM onsite, with no weekends or holidays required.

The RN will lead clinic operations and perform patient care duties including rooming patients, taking vitals, drawing injections, post‑operative care, patient education, triage, completing disability paperwork, and care coordination. Occasional travel to other sites will be required.

• Lead clinic operations and manage daily workflow.
• Perform patient care duties such as rooming, vital signs, injections, post‑operative care, education, triage, and disability paperwork.
• Coordinate care and support patients from arrival through discharge.
• Ensure compliance with policies and perform necessary administrative tasks.
• Travel occasionally to other sites within the network.

• Associate of Nursing (ASN);
  Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana or active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program. Candidates with more than two years of related clinical experience may be considered.
• Basic Life Support certification through the AHA; other advanced life‑support certifications may be required per department policies.
• Ability to assess patients without face‑to‑face interaction.
• Awareness of legal implications of patient care activities as a registered nurse.
