Manufacturing Chemist

We are partnering with a growing pharmaceutical manufacturer to identify a Manufacturing Chemist to join their first-shift production team. This is a direct-hire opportunity offering strong hands‑on experience in a regulated manufacturing environment, competitive base pay, and paid overtime for any hours worked over 40.

This role is ideal for a chemist who enjoys working on the production floor, supporting batch manufacturing, and ensuring quality and compliance in a cGMP-regulated setting.

• Execute manufacturing processes for pharmaceutical products according to SOPs and batch records
• Weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials accurately
• Perform in‑process testing and document results in compliance with cGMP requirements
• Maintain detailed batch records and ensure proper documentation practices
• Troubleshoot minor process issues and escalate concerns as needed
• Support equipment setup, cleaning, and line clearance activities
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Production teams to ensure safe and compliant operations

• 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or related manufacturing environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related scientific field preferred
• Familiarity with cGMP regulations and documentation standards
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured procedures
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on manufacturing setting
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as required
