As a Regional Operations Manager at DaVita, you’ll be part of a team that values work-life balance and where your personal and professional growth is a top priority. DaVita has an open position for a Regional Operations Manager (ROM). This key leadership role oversees day-to-day operations within a designated market or geographical region, provides leadership and direction to drive operational results, ensures high-quality patient care, and fosters positive teammate relations.

The ROM manages the implementation of programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

• Associates Degree;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of five years’ management experience leading and managing teams; managed care or multi-site Healthcare Operations management experience preferred
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and judgment
• Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience with budget/PnL management, relationship building, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Preferred: RN license in state of practice with no Board of Nursing disciplinary actions
