Indiana University Health is seeking individuals who embody these values to join our Clinical Risk Management team in the role of Manager-Corporate Affairs
. This position is full-time, and works on a hybrid schedule with onsite work required in the Indianapolis Metro area.
- Manages business projects to achieve specific business goals, objectives, and benefits.
- Negotiates contracts, reviews legal documentation and provides litigation support.
- Drafts and edits complex agreements, ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and assists in the preparation of court documents.
- Provides management and legal advice on business issues and strategies.
Reports to:
Executive Director-Clinical Risk Management
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
Preferred:
- Prior Risk Management Experience
- Prior Leadership Experience
Required:
- Bachelor s degree required.
- Master s or Juris Degree preferred.
- Requires 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Requires 2-3 years of relevant management experience
- Requires experience in a healthcare setting or related field.
- Experience with matrix organization and complex work environment preferred.
