Superintendent - Ground-Up Project

A well-established, highly respected national commercial contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead a ground-up Higher Education project in Indianapolis. This is a premier build with at least one year remaining and a total project value approaching $100M.

This role offers the opportunity to step into a well-run, highly organized project alongside a top-notch team that's already in place. The systems are strong, leadership is supportive, and this is not a turnaround or clean-up situation - it's a project set up for success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead day-to-day field operations from start through completion
• Manage subcontractors, schedules, site logistics, and safety
• Coordinate closely with the PM team, inspectors, and client reps
• Maintain high standards of quality, organization, and professionalism
• Foster a positive, well-run jobsite culture

• What They're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial projects
• Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling skills
• Ability to run organized, safety-focused, high-visibility projects
• Open to regional travel after the completion of the Indianapolis project
