Custodian Part Time

Description

Summary:

• Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary facility at all times by performing the following duties.
• Afternoon/evening shifts and weekend shifts

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining locker rooms.*
• Mops and vacuums floors daily and cleans mops after each use.*
• Changes and washes towels and other designated items as needed.*
• Cleans and disinfects sinks, toilets, and showers, restocks soap and toilet paper, and provides clean towels as needed.*
• Washes windows in rooms as needed.*
• Dusts florals, desks, pictures, and furniture as needed.*
• Dusts paintings and door jams in rooms and hallways weekly.*
• Empties trash cans on a daily basis and disposes of trash in designated areas.*
• Recycles appropriate materials in accordance with training procedures.*
• Reports any broken items such as pictures, plumbing, lamps, and fixtures to management.*
• Performs other related duties as assigned.*
• Follows all safety policies and procedures.*

Experience:

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent and some prior experience helpful
