ResponsibilitiesThe primary focus will be on managing complex litigation and counseling on various areas of potential risk, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You will assist in handling and winning multi‑million dollar disputes, minimizing risk through proactive counseling, and representing the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. Additional duties include forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators to ensure compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the United States and abroad.
Your level of responsibility will match your skill set and will increase rapidly as you expand your knowledge of this exciting, rapidly changing industry.
- JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases.
- Strong academic and professional background.
- Eye for detail, a creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
- Competitive law experience; competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
- COVID‑19 vaccination required.
- Relocation to Madison, WI area necessary and fully reimbursed.
