Temenos Lead Developer

Project description

We are hiring Temenos T24/Transact professionals to support a global private banking and wealth management bank on a portfolio of enhancement and transformation initiatives. The engagement involves working on ongoing platform improvements, functional enhancements, and targeted transformation programs across the Temenos landscape. Team members will collaborate with distributed stakeholders, contribute to stable long-term programs, and work within a mature banking environment that values structured delivery, quality, and domain depth.

• - Identify, design & develop as part of T24 upgrade/implementation such as:o Customizationo Functionalityo Reportso Interfacing to external systemso Conversion programso CoB jobs
  - Data migration & related activities
  - Performance optimization
  - Consultancy & support in product configuration, installation, upgradation, migration, releases, patches, etc
  - Coordinate with Temenos on T24 setup & issues follow up/resolution.
  
  - Install custom enhancements and validate technical setup & conduct necessary technical testing
  - Provide clear and concise technical documentation
  - Facilitate/conduct technical training as necessary
  - Identify and validate any gaps together with proposals for their resolution (e.g. workarounds or changes in processes) and ensure any solutions proposed are realistic and within the agreed scope of the project
  - Facilitate, support & contribute towards customer's T24 road map w.r.t. cloud migration, convergence & effective utilization of core functional as well as technical capabilities
  - Provide guidance and advice to less experienced developers/consultants in case of complex technical issues arising in the project/program
  - Drives reuse culture by defining as well as by adopting reusable components
  - Involve actively in improvement initiatives and contribute based on the knowledge gained in projects to develop tools, templates and accelerators

• o 12+ years of working experienceo Temenos T24o Work experience in T24 R18 & above in TAFC/TAFJ.o Programming in Infobasic, Java, JavaScripto Knowledge of Application Server e.g. jBOSSo Working experience in Red Hat Linux, IBM AIX OSo Understanding of RDBMS preferably Oracle & SQL knowledgeo Working experience in Interface development - Online/Batch.o Working experience in COB processing and Trouble shooting.o Knowledge on Version/release control (Preferable ADO/Repo exposure) o Exposure towards Securities module.
