- Monday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET (In Office)
- Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM ET (In Office)
- Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET (In Office)
In addition to standard Service Desk responsibilities, this role will include light desktop support duties such as:
- Imaging and provisioning new devices
- Shipping hardware to new hires
- Basic hardware repair and troubleshooting
- Strong combination of technical and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Solid troubleshooting and problem‑solving experience
- Experience handling high‑impact issues and collaborating with teams, vendors, and end users
- Familiarity with Windows 11, device imaging, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation (one week per month) and assist with holiday coverage
- Desire to learn and grow within the role
- 8 Analysts on the team
- 2-3 years of basic Service Desk experience
- Will handle phone calls and walk‑ins
- Good basic understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting (uninstall/reinstall)
- Good understanding of how to communicate with vendors, users and members of the department

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
