The Digital Project Manager will play a pivotal role in SePRO’s evolving technology infrastructure by driving strategic digital transformation initiatives that deliver secure, scalable systems to accelerate business growth. This role emphasizes technical program management, effective coordination of third‑party resources, and consultative leadership to guide enterprise‑wide transformation efforts. Serving as a trusted advisor, the Digital Project Manager will collaborate with business leaders to scope, manage, and implement innovative solutions, ensuring transparency, optimizing enterprise systems, and maximizing organizational impact.

• Develop and execute Digital strategies aligned with SePRO’s business objectives and accelerated growth plans.
• Partner with the Chief Digital Officer and members of the digital team to lead digital transformation and innovation initiatives.
• Manage third‑party resources and vendor project relationships, including acceptance testing and performance oversight.
• Provide technical project management of ERP, CRM, and other enterprise system projects to enhance business processes and deliver compelling ROI.
• Ensure all projects comply with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost‑effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing consultative guidance and change management expertise for technology adoption and process improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Business Information Technology, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive project leadership experience with strong technical program management expertise.
• Proven experience in vendor management and coordination of third‑party resources.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, prompt engineering, cybersecurity, and enterprise application integration.
• Demonstrated success in consultative roles and managing organizational change initiatives.
• Experience in private equity‑owned or fast‑growth environments preferred.
