• Performing professional, high-quality facial and microdermabrasion treatments.
• Tailoring product suggestions to customer's individual needs.
• Educating clients on the benefits of facials as part of their overall wellness program.
• Attracting and retaining clientele.
• Suggestive selling of our proprietary product line.

• Must be a Licensed Esthetician in the state of Indiana.
• Our primary focus is to select and hire applicants who have an engaging and outgoing personality. It has been our experience that our clients need to have a connection with their esthetician.
• Weekends and Mid-Shift: Customers demand service on weekends and throughout the day.

• This position is goal oriented and performance based. You must be a skilled esthetician who earns their customers trust and exceeds expectations. You will be required to sell facial products and spa memberships. Successful experience is preferred.

Salary: $35,000.00 to $65,000.00 /year
