• 1+ years of experience as a Loan Officer
• Confident on the phone, resilient, coachable, and hungry to grow
• Understand or are eager to learn investor‑focused loan products (DSCR, 1099, STR, Bank Statement, etc.)
• Looking for a team‑first culture that rewards performance and values people over politics
• Willing to work full‑time, in‑person at our Carmel, IN office
