We are searching for a Commissioning Specialist to join our Indianapolis studio!
What You'll Do:
- Complete commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Perform project system inspections to identify commissioning issues.
- Perform project design review as part of the commissioning process.
- Work directly with contractors and clients in the completion of the commissioning process.
- Develop and maintain commissioning process documentation.
- Maintain technical knowledge base needed to commission MEP systems.
- Bring resolution to issues identified in the commissioning process.
- Facilitate the functional performance tests on building systems.
- Identify and facilitate implementation of energy conservation measures.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred
- Experience: 4+ years of experience with Mechanical Engineering for building design and controls. Commissioning or relevant experience in commercial buildings, especially those in Healthcare, Higher Education and Laboratory, preferred.
- Software Skills: Revit, Bluebeam, Navisworks; familiarity with Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office Tools (Excel) preferred.
