American Health & Wellness Group has been serving clients in Indiana since 2001. We are an employee benefits brokerage firm that combines the best practices of employee benefits consulting and wellness programs to help clients maintain and/or reduce employer healthcare costs.
We are experiencing rapid growth and looking for a motivated concierge project coordinator to join our team. As a member of the team, you will engage in the delivery of high-quality service to all our constituents who contact our concierge support service team and support our wellness communication and reporting tools. You will actively collaborate with account management, benefit administration, health coaches, sales, & operational teams to provide accurate, timely and exceptional service and communication.

- Ability to work with various business partners effectively and professionally.
Job Requirements
- Assist with navigating our members’ healthcare needs by serving on our member support services concierge teams, managing our concierge phone lines.
- Responsible for managing wellness communication platforms, including overseeing the texting and email communications.
- Resolve basic inquiries promptly and professionally while coordinating, collaborating with other departments for more complicated claims, benefits or eligibility questions.
- Effective listener with the ability to empathize and problem solve.
- Record details of inquiries, comments and all transactions.
- Manage and process eligibility changes for small groups as assigned.
- Provide data management support for our Wellness Business Intelligence tools by uploading data timely and ensuring accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to review and test benefit highlights, presentations, benefit administration system and other client facing documents.
- Supporting teammates as business needs require to ensure the organization meets the needs of our members, their families and our clients.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
- 1+ years in Customer Service role.
- Outstanding ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships.
- Highly organized self-starter and multi-tasker that runs towards opportunities.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient in Word and Excel.
- Burning desire to help build something great.
- Commitment to support and maintain confidentiality in conformation to HIPAA guidelines.
