Are you a wine lover with a smile that can light up a room?
Do you thrive on building relationships and delivering unforgettable guest experiences?
We’re looking for a warm, enthusiastic part time Wine Club Concierge to be the go-to person for our wine club members — from welcome greetings to new sign-ups, wine pick-ups, and beyond!
You’ll be the face of our wine club experience — helping members feel appreciated, supported, and delighted every time they visit. This role blends customer interaction, relationship building, and hospitality with a dash of retail magic in our Provisions shop.
Requirements
- Must have weekend availability
- Provide exceptional service to wine club members during visits
- Assist members with smooth, friendly wine pick-ups
- Finalize new member sign-ups and keep records up-to-date in Commerce7
- Maintain personalized member notes in Tock so every visit feels special
- Build lasting relationships that keep members coming back, again and again
- Help activate exclusive member events and experiences with top-tier service
- 21+ years of age
You’re the kind of person who:
Has a strong hospitality or customer service background
Communicates beautifully with guests, team members, and vendors
Is organized and thrives in a busy, fast-paced winery environment
Has experience (or willingness to learn) with systems like Commerce7 and Tock
Loves wine and making people’s day a little brighter!
Is available to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
Basic schedule Thursday - Monday between 10:30 - 8:30
