This is an on-site, part-time Spa Coordinator role located in Carmel, IN. The Spa Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience. Key responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing front desk operations, answering phone inquiries with professionalism, maintaining a high standard of customer service, and supporting the team in delivering exceptional service. The Spa Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a comforting and organized environment for both guests and team members.

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and effective time management
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Experience with Receptionist Duties and organizational task management
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a client-focused approach
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with spa or wellness services is a plus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
