Guest Service/At Your Service Agent

Location:

Renaissance Indianapolis North, Indianapolis, IN

Hourly wage: $16.00 per hour

Full‑time position with scheduled hours typically from 3 pm to 11 pm. Must be available to work weekends and holidays. Eligible for a $500 sign‑on bonus ($250 after 30 days, $250 after 90 days), monthly attendance bonuses, and a quarterly incentive plan.

• Help guests discover the local area and direct them toward indigenous experiences
• Respond to calls, engage with guests through our text engagement application, and provide general support to the Front Desk Team
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Support Front Desk Agents when needed, checking guests in, ensuring proper credit is received, noting and fulfilling special requests, and establishing accurate information
• Help resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• Promote and sell special hotel programs
• Interact with hotel/resort staff professionally, assisting other departments with necessary information
• Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies
• Maintain house bank
• Communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
• Follow set procedures on posting, charges, cashing checks, safe deposits, and refunds
• Assist other departments as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong desire to make an impact on other people
• Outgoing and engaging personality
• Computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced setting
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift
• Must be available to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Hourly wage: $16.00 per hour
